Take advantage of the equity in your home by applying for a line of credit. If approved, you can pay for your Membership fee from your Home Equity Line of Credit and make smaller, interest-only payments on your outstanding loan balance. When you sell your home, you simply pay the remaining balance of your Home Equity Line of Credit in full.

By paying your Membership fee now, you are able to secure your future at Terwilliger Plaza while also having the convenience of time to prepare, list, and sell your home for the best possible price.
