We embrace a foundational philosophy of Community-Based Care (CBC) offering Members the continuing care programs and services they need to maintain an integrated connection within the Terwilliger Plaza community. 

Our assisted living and residential care communities incorporate the principles of a skilled nursing facility - with 24/7 on-site licensed nurses - into a person-centered style of health service which allows us to focus on the specific needs of the individual in a residential home environment.

Memory Support*

Our approach to memory support is individualized and provides cognitive support throughout the continuum of care allowing Members to maintain their independence and engagement within the community. These memory support services are designed to meet the evolving needs of those living with cognitive changes.

*While Terwilliger Plaza does not offer a dedicated memory care unit, we are a licensed and registered Continuing Care Retirement Community that prioritizes integrated memory support.
