Parkview at Terwilliger Plaza has officially been awarded Passive House© design certification, making it the largest Passive House structure on the West Coast, and the largest Passive House senior living building in the country.

Designed to be the most sustainable—and comfortable—independent living community in Portland and beyond, Parkview features 127 apartment homes, vibrant community spaces and a striking skybridge. 

Parkview was named among the Daily Journal of Commerce 2024 Oregon Top Projects and received an Award of Merit in the 2024 Regional Best Projects by ENR Northwest.
