Myth vs. Fact: A Panel Discussion with Current Terwilliger Members
Studies show that people who live in a senior community stay healthier longer, enjoy life more, are less lonely, are more active, and feel a greater sense of safety than people who don’t. Despite these advantages, a small percentage of people live in a senior community. Attend this panel discussion to learn what life in a senior community is really like and debunk misperceptions that cause many people to shy away from this option. Speakers will include individuals who live at Terwilliger Plaza who will share their perspectives.
