Lyn Maben

Lyn is a native-born Oregonian whose life journey took her south to the SF Bay Area, central California coast, and Los Angeles before returning to Portland. With a degree in City & Regional Planning from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, Lyn worked with the Los Angeles City Planning Department before segueing into information technology, working with a variety of city departments to improve services for the public. She retired as the Director of Systems for the Los Angeles Dept of Transportation after 30 years of public service.

Now in her 10th year as a Member, Lyn first learned about Terwilliger Plaza from her parents who lived here. She has served four terms as Vice President of the Resident Council, Chair of the Emergency Readiness Committee, secretary of the Green Team and as a member of the Parkview Design Advisory Committee.
