Instead of mandating a rigid continuum of care, we support your ability to live as independently as possible in your apartment home and to stay close to family, friends and neighbors—regardless of your health needs. We offer a wide variety of services and amenities to help you focus on wellness and stay healthy and fit. If you ultimately need a higher level of care in the future, we can guide you as you choose the services that fit your unique health needs and lifestyle.

Customize your home and make it yours. Ditch the house maintenance and live independently taking advantage of the in-home services we offer only as you see fit.
Assisted Living
Should more care be needed, rest assured that Assisted Living is available on-site at Terwilliger Plaza. Members have priority access. We help coordinate with outside services providers, such as long-term care insurance, hospice and home health. Exercise and rehabilitation services are available on-site, including physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. World-class healthcare choices from the region’s most outstanding hospitals, healthcare organizations and professionals in Portland are within easy reach.
In-Home Services
Choose the services you need with the guidance of Ally
Available for all Members, Ally In-Home Services provides home care services and coordinates other healthcare services. They can also serve as a gateway for other healthcare-related services, making referrals and recommendations.
