Naturally, the entire campus is for your enjoyment. The greater Terwilliger Plaza property includes a variety of common areas to bring people together and make the most of your every day. Book club on the rooftop? Great. Table Tennis tournaments? There’s a game room for that. In the meantime, the huge windows flood the spaces with natural light. Sipping coffee with the morning paper has never been this good.

Parkview
Parkview is the newest expansion to our community, a ten-story, 127 unit Passive House luxury high rise. There is still time to claim your view and make it your own.
The Tower
The Tower has 12 stories of options with studios up to two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment homes, many with amazing views.
The Heights
The Heights is a contemporary, eight-story residence with 48 luxury apartment homes in all, where you can choose between two bedrooms or three.
The Terrace and The Metcalf
The Terrace at Terwilliger Plaza is our licensed assisted living facility and The Metcalf at Terwilliger Plaza is our licensed residential care facility.
