Located in downtown Portland, Oregon, Terwilliger Plaza is proud to be an accredited, self governed, not for profit continuing care retirement community. Our familiar building on the hill overlooking Duniway Park has been a part of the Portland skyline since 1962.
Payment Deferral is an Available Option at Terwilliger Plaza - For a limited time, Terwilliger Plaza is offering potential members a Membership Payment Deferral Option on their membership fee. Upon approval, this option will allow members to defer payment on a portion of their membership fee until their house has sold. Members will have up to one year to pay the balance of their membership fee interest free or until their primary residence sells. Pets Welcome - A limited number of apartments are available to those who wish to have their feline friends join them at Terwilliger Plaza. The first floor Heights' apartments, with oversized patios, can now accommodate cats.

The Tower, our original 12-story community, has been beautifully renovated. The newest addition to our retirement community, The Heights, is now available. The newest building has added 48 two-bedroom apartments, an exercise pool, therapy pool, fitness room, cafe, and a lounge.
