Ginny Burgess

Ginny completed her education with a joint JD and MBA degree, at Willamette University in Salem, Oregon in 1980 and membership in the Oregon State Bar starting in 1981. She worked at Northwest Natural Gas Company from 1982 – 1999 in the Finance Division both as Director, Investor Relations and Assistant Corporate Secretary.  While at the Gas company, her areas of legal practice and experience were Trusts and Estates, Pension and Securities Laws.

Since retiring in 1999, Ginny has served 3 years on the YWCA Board of Directors, 9 years as an outside director on the Terwilliger Foundation Board, 7 years as an outside director on the Terwilliger Plaza Board of Directors (2008-2015) and 14 years on the Terwilliger Plaza Finance Committee. Her skills and background have covered financial and legal analysis of current and long -term issues, meeting and organization management.
