Terwilliger Plaza is a single-site, nonprofit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), offering a continuum of care that includes independent living, assisted living with 24/7 on-site licensed nurses, and memory support services designed to meet the evolving needs of Members.

We are the only SAGECare Platinum Credentialed CCRC in Oregon and one of only two with a CARF accreditation.

The newest addition to our community, a ten-story independent living residence designed with Passive House principles, offering sophisticated one, two and two bedroom + den apartment homes.
The Tower
A twelve-story independent living residence offering deluxe studios, one and two bedroom apartment homes, many with amazing views.
The Heights
An eight-story independent living residence with two and three bedroom contemporary apartment homes.
The Terrace and The Metcalf
Our licensed assisted living and residential care community with 24/7 on-site licensed nurses in a warm and welcoming residential setting.
